The Edvanced Method
Tutoring for advanced students should focus on two areas
Content covered in school right now
One-on-one tutoring is the best way to fill in any specific knowledge gaps, and get help with individual school assessments.
Content that's coming up next
Learning content ahead of school turns class time into revision and it's the best way to get ahead.
The Edvanced Method balances both, so students can get ahead of their peers, while still getting support for the content that's being covered at school right now.
Our Program
Edvanced exists for students who want to go beyond the basics.

Our Students
At Edvanced, we work with Year 11 and 12 students studying Math Methods and Specialist Maths, who are aiming for top ATAR results and entry into competitive university programs.
This program is not designed for students who are struggling to keep up in class, it’s built for those who want to go from good to great, and beyond.
Our Classes
This is not typical group tutoring where you pay for an hour but end up getting 15 minutes of the teacher's time. All the students in the class are doing the same subject, in the same year level, at a very similar ability.
Because lessons cover new content, the entire hour is relevant to everyone. Additionally, the group environment makes for a more engaging and collaborative environment where one student’s question often creates clarity for the whole group. It fuels healthy academic competition and progress.
Teaching Blocks
Edvanced teaches in five-week blocks. Each block is independent, so students can join any block without needing prior knowledge. Content builds across the five weeks, and every block finishes with an exam on that block’s material.
